Q: Can I see KoreL tiles at Costco Wholesale Stores?
A: No. KoreL Tiles are offered only online through Costco.com.
Q: Is there a KoreL dealer store I can visit to see the tiles?
A: No. Please note many of the tiles offered are exclusive to Costco.com.
Q: Where can I see price for the tiles?
A: Please see “Price and Delivery” under each product page. For custom orders or products with “Request Price”, please Call 1-888-567-3538 for price.
Q: How do I get a design consultation?
A: You can receive a free over-the phone design consultation by appointment. Please complete and submit the “Schedule a Design Consultation” form online or call us at 1-888-567-3538
Q: What can I expect during the design consultation?
A: Our Design Consultants can assist you with design ideas, color schemes, tile options and recommended application areas. You may also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you electronically.
Q: Can someone come to my house for the free design consultation?
A: No, design consultation is offered only over-the-phone.
Q: Do I have to order samples?
Q: How do I order samples?
A: Click ‘add to cart’ when you are finished shopping, click ‘checkout.’ Preview your order and enter your shipping and billing information to complete your order.
Q: How long does it take until I receive my samples?
A: Samples will be delivered within 5-7 business days via Fed Ex. If you need the samples faster, please click Expedited shipping options available upon checkout.

Q: How much tile do I order?
A: This will depend on your tile area. Please use our Tile SQ. FT Calculator Guide found under “Install Guides” on each product page. For most accurate measurements, please consult with your tile contractor.
Q: How much is shipping for my tiles?
A: The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of your order and the distance it is traveling. We will secure the best shipping rate available for you. Please request for Shipping Quote by clicking Quote for Shipping or call us at 1888 567 3538 M-F PST 8am to 5pm, Sat PST 9am to 3pm
Placing the Order
Q: How do I complete my order?
A: Please make sure you have a “Tile & Shipping Quote” from KoreL. This form can be obtained by requesting Quote for Shipping. The “Tile & Shipping Quote” will have final Amount including shipping information and instruction to complete and checkout your order online on Costco.com. For further help with completing your order, please contact us.
Q: After I place my order, how long does it take for my tiles to be delivered?
A: Your tile order will be processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days, exceptions on special delivery location/s or requests. Custom orders have longer delivery time; delivery time will be advised with your Order Confirmation.
Q: How is my order delivered to me?
A: Your order will be delivered via Fed Ex or LTL Carriers. Please note Fed Ex delivers to-door, and LTL Carriers will deliver to curb-side. Special delivery requests maybe available at additional fee.
Q: Can I track or trace my order?
A: Absolutely. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive shipment tracking information from Costco.
Q: Do someone have to be home to receive delivery?
A: Yes for shipment via LTL Carriers. LTL Carrier will call to arrange a delivery time in advance.
-Fed Ex will leave the packages on the front door if no one is available to receive delivery. Please request for “Signature required” as additional comments when submitting “Quote for Shipping” for mosaic tile shipments if you feel your neighborhood is not safe to leave packages unattended.
Q: What if some of my tiles are damaged when I receive them?
A: It is very important that you take the time to inspect your tile order as soon as it is delivered. The tiles left our warehouse in perfect condition so any damage you notice probably occurred while en route. Before signing for your tiles, inform the driver of the damage by noting on the Delivery Receipt describing the nature of the damage. Also if during our office hours, please call 1-888-567-3538 to report the damage. If the shipment looks severely damaged, do not accept delivery. Upon your communication and damage report, KoreL will arrange for replacement tiles to be shipped asap.
Q: Where can I find Installation instructions?
A: Installation guidelines can be found under “Install Guides” under each Product Page.
Q: Can I install tiles?
A: Yes, however, we recommend using professional installers for best results.
Q: Does KoreL offer installation services?
A: No. But KoreL will be happy to give you contacts for installers in your area. Please note these installers are independent businesses and are not representing KoreL or Costco products, and are not affiliated with, controlled by, agents or partners of Costco or KoreL.
