Free Over-the-Phone Design Consultation:

KoreL offers free over the phone design consultation by appointment. Please complete the Schedule a Design Consultation form online. KoreL is committed to assisting customers with their design project and helping you select the best tile for your project. However, the final selection of tile/s including the overall design decision remains ultimately the responsibility of the individual customer. KoreL will not be held liable or responsible for the tile ordered or the overall design. Any recommendation made by a KoreL Design Consultant is only a recommendation and the customer is encouraged to discuss their tile choices or preferred design layout/concept with a licensed contractor.

Sample Orders:

Customer are required to purchase samples online to verify the color, look, texture and shape of the tile including seeing them placed in the prospective tile area before making the final selection and placing the order. Please note all sample sales including shipping charges are final and may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Tile & Shipping Quote:

All customers are requested to carefully review the final selection of tile, tile size, quantity, price and shipping information by reviewing the Tile& Shipping Quote and the Terms and Conditions of Sale before checkout on Once the order is placed and checked out from shopping cart on, the order is processed immediately for delivery and production for orders that are custom. Please note no changes can be made to the order thereafter. Tile & Shipping Quotes are valid for 20 days.


Delivery Timeframe:

In Stock Tile: Delivered within 5-10 business days.

Custom Tile: Delivered within 4-8weeks

Delivery Timeframes specific to each order are as advised on the Tile& Shipping Quote. Actual delivery time may vary due to ship to address, unexpected weather conditions and/or special circumstances. Please allow additional delivery time for these special situations beyond our control.


Shade, Caliber (Size) Variations of Tiles:

KoreL Design Tiles will maintain consistency within each order but cannot guarantee that shade and caliber (size) will match for orders placed at separate intervals.  Shade and caliber variations in tiles are typical due to different heating temperature from production to production. Costco members are encouraged to order correct and sufficient quantity for their project. Please use the Tile SQ.FT Calculator and consult your contractor for correct sq. ft measurements to avoid running short of tiles during installation.


Upon Receipt/Delivery of Product:

Please note upon delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to open, inspect and verify the tiles for their accuracy and condition upon receipt/delivery. Orders may come in individual boxes or on a pallet. Please check for any apparent physical damages upon arrival, ensure all tiles shipped are correct and are not damaged during transit. All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition but if you notice torn or damaged boxes, or any signs of mishandled shipment, please note this by writing a detailed description of the damage on the Delivery Form presented to you by the trucking company/LTL Carrier driver for signature before signing. If the damage is severe, we recommend you refuse the shipment entirely.

For any damages or incorrect products, please contact KoreL within 2 business days at  1-888-567-3538 or  by e-mail at describing the nature of damages and copy of your Delivery Form. KoreL will not be held responsible for any complaints/claims made after 7days of receipt of product.


Returns or Exchanges:

Returns involve expensive shipping, freight and handling expenses. KoreL does not accept returns of partial orders. No returns or exchanges are allowed for any custom tile order/s. To exchange incorrect product or request replacements of refused/damaged product please contact KoreL within 2 business days of receipt of shipment or discovery of product issues before installation. For any returns or exchanges, please contact KoreL directly to make arrangements at 1888 567 3538 M-F PST 8am to 5pm.



Please review the installation instructions and maintenance guidelines before installation. We recommend using a professional installer for best results.  KoreL is not responsible for problems arising from improper installation, use or care of the tiles.


Defective Tiles:

Please make sure to inspect all tiles prior to installation and for any discrepancies or quality concerns, please contact KoreL within 7 days of receipt of order. If a defective piece/s is found during installation, do not install the defective piece/s but contact KoreL for replacement piece/s. Please note to inspect all material before installation. Installation and Use constitutes Acceptance.
